A sheriff's office in Oklahoma said Dennis Rader is a 'prime suspect' in Cynthia Kinney's 1976 disappearance, but the local D.A. says there's not enough information.

“As of this date, the information that has been shared is insufficient to file criminal charges against Dennis Rader,” he told reporters. The sheriff’s office also accused Fisher of attempting to “derail the investigation” by trying to stop investigators from interviewing Rader in prison. NBC News has reached out to Fisher’s office for comment.
