Shaq Says Cowboys Should Fire Mike McCarthy, Hire Deion Sanders As Coach

The Diesel made the comments on a recent episode of his podcast"The Big Podcast With Shaq" ... following the Cowboys' disappointing 23-17 loss to the 49ers in the Wild Card round of the NFL playoffs.

He is talking anecdotally Deion needs a few more years at the College level in my opinion. I want Deion to be GREAT before he takes a NFL Job.
