On Saturday at 5:13 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm watch in effect until 11 p.m. for Berks, Bucks, Carbon, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Monroe, Montgomery, Northampton and Philadelphia counties.
