Sephora executives are at risk of making their own mistakes in responding to what they are calling the SZA incident

Fenty Beauty by Rihanna is one of the inclusive brands featured by Sephora. SZA appeared in a promotion for the brand.That campaign has been in the works for a year, the company said in a statement. The plan to close stores and conduct one-hour inclusivity workshops for 16,000 employees has been in development for six months as a lead-in to the campaign launch on Thursday, June 6.
