, Anderson said he had been unfairly targeted and was trying to make a point to the student.
"We were all called this word, and not one of them could say, 'Don't call me that.' I can. And I shouldn't be punished, because I have the right to tell somebody not to call me this word," he said. "You have no tolerance for a word, but yet you let students call me that word 15 times without correcting that behavior," he added.
Imagine if people used that word as a common greeting all day every day? Or even call themselves that? I mean really..............
We suppose the student got expelled, right?..( the problem instigator).
True or false?
So would he have got fired if he called the student a cracker?
What is going on here ? The smart mouth brat kid stays in school after the snot nose child disrespects the very person who is there 2 protect this brat n the Officer loses his job. Something is Super WRONG here !!!!!!

Negro: too shy to write or say it? ridiculous
What ? Sue the Damn School 🏫...Please !
It sounds like Mr. Anderson was doing what no one else would. If there is truly a zero-tolerance policy, why does he hear the term in the hallways every day? It seems he was the only person trying to correct this behavior.
Please do a better job of reporting. You should’ve told us what happen to this student and other students who have used prohibited words or behavior; and whether the “no tolerance” for staff policy has been consistently enforced
That's not right.
The policy states that word will not be tolerated by staff regardless of circumstances. This man felt special and entitled do to the historical discrimination he and his family faced. If we are outlawing words it has to be outlawed for everyone regardless.
Wtf
And nothing happened to this shit kid I guess
