Seattle police at the scene of a fatal collision that occurred in Seattle 's Denny Triangle neighborhood on the evening of Friday 24, 2024. On May 24 at about 9:30 p.m., the vehicle, which is believed to be a blue 2016-2021 Honda Civic hatchback, was allegedly involved in a crash at Olive Way and Minor Ave., according to police.Police said the pedestrian that was struck eventually died from his injuries.
Seattle fire also confirmed a dog was present at the scene but didn't have any further information beyond that. The vehicle was last seen traveling eastbound on Olive Way, heading towards the Capitol Hill neighborhood, according to officials. There may be lower front bumper damage to the passenger side, police said.
Seattle police said if anyone has any information regarding the vehicle or driver, to please call 911 or contact the Traffic Collision Investigation Squad at 206-684-8923.
