Producer Rodney Jones Jr. is suing the “Coming Home” rapper for an alleged sexual misconduct incident that he claims occurred in July 2023, according to. Jones, a.k.a. Lil Rod, says he lived with Combs as he contributed production to nine songs on the rapper’s most recent project,, the lawsuit states that Combs groped Jones, and that the producer woke up next to a sex worker after ingesting tequila laced with drugs .
Combs’ attorney, Shawn Holley, told EW via statement, “Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 Million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines. We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr.
Combs has also been hit with four other lawsuits in recent months. In November, Cassie, the singer who was romantically involved with Combs,, Joi Dickerson-Neal filed a lawsuit accusing Combs of assault and battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, sex trafficking, and revenge porn for a 1991 incident. The same day, an unnamed woman sued Combs for allegedly raping her with his friend Aaron Hal in the early ‘90s.
