With the downtown skyline in the background, expansive urban sprawl continues, Thursday, Aug. 12, 2021, in Phoenix. Three new rules were approved unanimously by the city council on Monday night.

The second will give Scottsdale police the right to remove any non-residents from a property after a party has been declared a nuisance. Until now, this was difficult to do under the city code.
