I would support reopening the country if there was an actual plan in place. Setting an arbitrary date is not a plan.

Stay at home criteria is wrongly focused on testing/cases. It is a death sentence to lift restrictions prior to having either; 1. Effective treatment or a vaccinated population and 2. Effective PPE. Hospitalization death rates say treatment is woefully ineffective. Stay home!

If a person is determined to be immune to the virus, can't that person still spread it? They might be able to fight it off themselves, but can't they still carry the virus (on their hands, for example) and pass it on to someone who isn't immune?
