SAN FRANCISCO/CAIRO - Two UN officials will report on Wednesday that there is enough evidence suggesting that Saudi Arabia had hacked Amazon.com Inc founder Jeff Bezos’ phone and both the kingdom and the United States should investigate, a person familiar with the matter said.

The United Nations’ officials plan a public statement asserting that they found credible a forensic report commissioned by Bezos’ security team which concluded that his phone probably had been hacked with a tainted video sent from a WhatsApp account belonging to Saudi’s crown prince Mohammed bin Salman.

Outside experts consulted by the UN agreed that while the case was not airtight, the evidence was strong enough to warrant a fuller investigation. The Guardian first reported the crown prince’s alleged involvement. It said the encrypted message from the number used by the crown prince is believed to have included a malicious file that infiltrated the phone Bezos had used and extracted large amounts of data.“Recent media reports that suggest the Kingdom is behind a hacking of Mr. Jeff Bezos’ phone are absurd. We call for an investigation on these claims so that we can have all the facts out,” it said in a message posted on Twitter.

How come the owner of Amazon ,with high technology team & the richest man in the world can be hacked so easily, its also ridiculous to think that crown prince would put himself in such a direct accusation through a whatssup message.

Saudi Arabia is awaiting investigations and will follow this fabricated accusation and hold all those involved accountable through international courts who target Saudi Arabia and Prince Muhammad bin Salman for clear political goals.

Qatar-supporting Wa Post pushing this nonsense again. They ran the same story 6 months ago, again with “sources say” as evidence. evidence should be supported by clear details, without details or documents, the report will be a way to mislead the public for political interests

Jeff Bezos the owner of Amazon and the owner of Washington post turned his newspaper into an attack platform on Saudi Arabia. The case is a financial issue he want his Business wants to re-enter the Saudi market implicitly, but he does not reach a right path yet

SA is paranoid & completely embarrassing themselves.

SA is becoming a bunch of Desperate wats (sic) & a problem lately. They just can't keep themselves from hacking up journalists & into business peeps' 📱's. They are rapidly losing demand for oil & desperate to diversify. SA is the Last Place on 🌍 I want to travel as a woman.

All cell calls on this planet are routinely hacked. How is this even remotely news?

Gee I wonder who put them up to that? Who has an axe to grind with Bezos and is publicly jealous of him? Who has the means and lack of interest in the law to get behind such a thing? I wonder... I wonder.... I wonder....

Don't surprises

I hope they release the juicy details about his live children diet
