“I am obviously optimistic that implementation of our OPEC+ agreement will improve, it’s already strong by historical standards,” Khalid al-Falih said on the sidelines of the joint ministerial monitoring committee meeting in Baku. Saudi Arabia along with other oil producers such as Azerbaijan will continue to work together to manage oil market stability, he said.

The more they cut the more the Americans will pump , and they are more then profitable with oil at 35 dollar level .. Saudi’s and partners should have invested in making pumping their oil more efficient to compete with the Americans .. OPEC is doomed
