Oops, they did it again! Watch how SNL invoked Britney Spears once more, this time to call out controversies and apologies.

The program, which aired on FX, resulted in calls on the internet for Timberlake to apologize to his ex-girlfriend for how he portrayed her after their 2002 split."I am deeply sorry for the times in my life where my actions contributed to the problem, where I spoke out of turn, or did not speak up for what was right," Timberlake wrote in Notes and posted to Instagram, specifically mentioning Spears and Janet Jackson.

Later on in the sketch, Fineman's Spears showed off her dance moves -- as the"Mood Ring" singer often does in Instagram videos, before introducing guests Ted Cruz and Andrew Cuomo . Spears roasted both men -- Cruz for his trip to Cancun while his constituents in Texas battled freezing weather without heat or running water, and Cuomo for the nursing home scandal -- and offered them the opportunity to apologize.

No sympathy by that idiot on nursing home deaths,it looks like he’s mooking peoples deaths,what’s all that shit about Disney land deaths,moving bodies from cups to carparks,shocking,and Britney has let her self down doing shows like that

Still seemed kind of mocking. Rewatching the year 2000 SNL episode with Britney hosting was painful - several boob jokes, r-word joke, sexism for laughs. Not very funny or creative.
