Spears roasted both men -- Cruz for his trip to Cancun while his constituents in Texas battled freezing weather without heat or running water, and Cuomo for the nursing home scandal -- and offered them the opportunity to apologize.

Still seemed kind of mocking. Rewatching the year 2000 SNL episode with Britney hosting was painful - several boob jokes, r-word joke, sexism for laughs. Not very funny or creative.
