A combination of recruitment and incentives has helped the community of Biggar in Saskatchewan bring its health-care services back up to speed. The town formulated a plan to accommodate health-care professionals in a housing unit and has recruited three new registered nurses.
They are expecting a nurse recruit from the Philippines in February.
