Sarah Bedford claims media is ‘complicit’ with Democrats in lacking impeachment coverage

Thursday to respond to ABC and CBS News opting to spend no time on their television broadcasts discussing Wednesday’s impeachment hearing in the House. Meanwhile, NBC News spent just over two minutes of airtime on the topic. It was the first against Biden from the House Oversight Committee and featured the testimonies of witnesses Tony Bobulinski and Jason Galanis.

“I think the mainstream media has sort have been complicit with the Democrats in moving the goalpost when it comes to this impeachment inquiry and to what Joe Biden is accused of doing while he was vice president, right?” Bedford said. “There’s a lot of evidence thatlied to the American people when he was running for president in that he did play a relatively active role in his son’s business in terms of engaging with the business partners.

Biden has long claimed that he kept a “firewall” between his then-vice presidential office and his son‘s business. He has denied discussing any business with his son. However, the original questions that sparked this impeachment surround whether Biden was aware of the international business dealings of Hunter or his brother Jim Borden and had contact with any of their business partners.

“But what we heard in that hearing was not evidence of what Democrats and the media have now said the question should be: was Joe Biden CEO of Hunter Biden Business Peddling Inc.? Did he have a business card? Was his name on the business website?” Bedford said. “And if not, there’s no evidence of wrongdoing. But if you get back to the original question, there is a lot of evidence of wrongdoing here.
