A man has been arrested after police say he allegedly brutally attacked another man at a downtown bar earlier in September.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Lugo was at Pat O’Brien’s on Alamo Plaza on Saturday, Sept. 3, when he was involved in an argument with the victim, inside a bathroom.

The victim told police he had left the bathroom and returned to his party when, the next thing he recalls, is being helped off the floor. The victim suffered several fractures to some facial bones, including to his nose, and also suffered a concussion, police said.
