San Jose police say a driver has died after crashing into a tree early Saturday morning.

Thousands of CA residents have lost their lives to traffic accidents since 2020. Officials are proposing a new bill to help reduce traffic deaths. The 2014 Infiniti sedan then crashed into the tree at Almaden and Coleman Ave.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
