McDonald's is bringing back a grown-up take on a kid classic: spicy chicken McNuggets. This twist takes breaded nuggets and throws in some aged cayenne and chili pepper to make them hot and spicy. Starting Monday, these have returned to Southern California McDonald's for a limited time. On Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m., the fast-food chain is holding a launch party at one of its National City restaurants at 2140 E. Plaza Blvd.
' One note that may be of interest to people looking for other fowl reasons to celebrate March 30: That same date is also National Turkey Neck Soup Day, which 'challenges cooks to make a flavorful soup with the stock made from the neck of a turkey,' according to National Day Calendar. 'I'm so sad I never made it over to try your BBQ,' one person wrote on Instagram. Another sent three hearts.
