SAN DIEGO – San Diego is among the top five cities in the nation where people are looking to move.
According to a recent report from Redfin, the City of San Diego ranks number four on the list which includes Sacramento, Las Vegas and Miami ranking ahead and Tampa coming in fifth place. Redfin’s calculations were determined by net in-flow minutes the net-outflow of people from each city.
Redfin and when they can’t afford it, they move here anyway and live off your dime….

Redfin and the only reason sacramento is in the top 5 is because it's within (somewhat) commuting distance to san francisco - a city NO ONE wants to live in.
Redfin And YIMBYs (developers) want to strip away all the controls that make it a desirable place so they can crowd so many people here that it becomes an extension of the Los Angeles blob
Redfin It would be interesting to see how many homes (under 800k) are available for sale in SD currently, compared to the past 5 years. Seems like many more are selling/moving than in the past.
