Plus he’s seeded third in the 100 back with a time just off his section record from last year. La Jolla junior Arielle Brotman is seeded third in the girls 100 fly and fifth in the 100 breast . A year ago, she placed eighth in the 200 IM .The following San Diego-area swimmers will take part in Saturday’s State Swim Championships today through Saturday at Clovis West High School. Qualifiers were determined by the best times overall from the Division I and II section finals. Alternates were designated as appropriate.200 MR: Mt.
