Business hasn't been booming for about two months, the restaurant said on social media.

San Antonio chicken joint Krazy Katsu is asking locals for support due to a recent downturn in business, it said on social media this week. “Over the past two months, our restaurant has experienced a slowdown, and we’d truly appreciate your support,” Krazy Katsu wrote Wednesday. “Come dine with us and help our small business thrive.” The spot, with a menu marrying crispy Japanese chicken with spicy Nashville flavors, opened in 2022 at The Yard inside a converted railcar.

“I would go more often but I prefer dining inside and having drinks in a cup,” they wrote. “Went to the Olmos Park location once and the dining was awkward and uncomfortable.” READ MORE: After warmth and winds, severe storms possible in South Texas overnight and early Sunday The restaurant expanded from its Olmos Park restaurant with a location near the Medical Center last year, which offers more indoor seating for customers.
