The treasury is headquartered at Treasury Building 1500 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, D.C., you’re welcome to send a check whenever you’d like Marc

Awesome. He can do it now. Nobody’s stopping him from writing a huge check to the US Treasury. Go for it Marc.

How much in stock based compensation has Marc sold to date?

I want to see his voluntary check to the US Treasury. He is full of shit until he strokes off a check. For more taxes than he owes. Hypocrite Benioff MAGA

Billionaires are bad for the societies ....

Why don’t you pay your employees more rather than give it to the government ? Bloody hypocritical a**holes

It's a nice sentiment by Marc to say this...Buffet & Gates have said the same thing. However i really worry that a wealth tax will not achieve this end...tbh i don't see dynasties coming forth & revealing all their legal loopholes developed over 100 years..VAT is better choice

Benioff is yanggang! AndrewYang FreedomDividend

Sounds like a VAT system to me...

Bill suit

AndrewTalley15 He’s welcome to pay higher taxes if he wants. Who’s stopping him? Just more hypocrisy from the left.

Just send the IRS a check.

Sounds nice, until you realize how inefficient the recipient of those dollars is in comparison with the private market in delivering value to citizens.

Legacy of conservative baby boomers - billionaires paying a smaller percentage in taxes than the working poor ruining our roads and schools. They are truly the worst generation because of their greed.

so what's holding Benioff back from contributing more taxes now? If it makes him feel better he can pay unlimited taxes immediately.

More money for government to waste?

how about we just shame billionaires into giving more money away.

So the government is wiser at spending the money?

They technically are supposed to pay higher taxes. The loopholes make it so they don't.

He should lead by example and send a $1 Billion check into the Treasury. He'll do that, right? /crickets

Mark can donate directly to the treasury any amount

So cut a check to the treasury for additional taxes, no one is stopping you a$$hole

Since there's always trillion dollars tax cuts, they're ok with that i guess.

Does he mean pay 'even higher taxes'?
