Biden Gains Ground Over Trump In Swing States, New Poll Finds—It’s The Latest Survey Showing Positive Signs For BidenRussian officials continued to suggest Ukraine was responsible for a terrorist attack at a Moscow-area theater last week that killed more than 130 people, with the head of Russia’s security agency alleging Tuesday, without evidence, that the U.S.

Bortnikov said: “This is general information, but they have a long record of this sort,” according to TASS. Elsewhere, Bortnikov was quoted as saying Russia believes the attack was “prepared both by the radical Islamists themselves and, of course, facilitated by Western special services, and Ukraine’s special services themselves have a direct connection to this,”

Bortnikov is the first Russian official to publicly attempt to directly link the U.S. or other Western countries to the attack, though many Russian officials have sought to draw links to Ukraine amid the ongoing war—Russian President Vladimir Putin on Mondayfor the first time that “radical Islamists” committed the March 22 attack, but still suggested Ukraine may have been involved, which Ukraine has denied.
