German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock said her country and others made clear during a dinner late Saturday that they would be willing to fast-track the national ratification process for Finland and Sweden.Denmark’s foreign minister dismissed suggestions thatcould hinder the alliance from letting in new members.
“We see now a world where the enemy of democracy number one is Putin and the thinking that he represents,” he said, adding that NATO would also stand with other countries, such as Georgia, which he said were being “instrumentalized” by Russia. Britain’s top diplomat said NATO members would also discuss security issues beyond Europe during their meeting Sunday — a reference to growing unease among democratic nations about the rise of China.
It's all well and good that Finland wants this but the NATO memebers have to approve it. Turkey has already said they will blackmail the other members for them to pay for thier vote.

I think it’s interesting that we more or less created the entity the Nazis wanted to create it’s just there to fight Russia though which is pretty much Florida with nuclear weapons.

The West is on a death spiral by taking decisions to spite Moscow which eventually comes back to hit them. The impact of these sanctions that were supposedly meant to hurt Russia is like lifting a huge stone to throw at the enemy but ending up dropping it on your own two feet.
The world as we know it would still be over if WW3 erupted tomorrow. We can only die once, regardless of how big the alliance is.
