There are at least two Ukranian cities completely shut off, Mariupol & Chernihiv, with no electricity, water,food, dead lying on the streets. Hospitals bombed, people killed standing in bread lines. People in Russia arrested for holding blank signs. So tell me what to call him?
He's made many statements regarding this conflict which indicate it turning into a probable imo WWIII scenario. As usual, this US aggression has nothing to do with 'freedoms' - it's all about the US ambitions and actions to lead a global, 'US makes the rules' dictatorial empire.
What difference does it make? Russians won't hear the speech. Putin may use this part of the speech for propaganda, but in the end, no one is going to change anything. Putin will stay in power, no matter what anyone says.
