well there is SpaceX who can actually work there without help of Russia

we have been here many times before, communism, stalins restructuring and five year plan, hitlers nazi jew haters..einstein, oppenhiemer, came to the states, so its not all bad..shouldnt have shared nuclear interests though.

I believe it will at some point if negotiations fails for a ceasefire. Russia cannot function with the current sanctions. They will retaliate if the war continuous.
