Runners Alliance is a solutions-based initiative from the editors of Runner’s World and Women’s Health in partnership with HOKA ONE ONE aimed at altering perceptions about what it means to run as a member of a community that experiences high levels of harassment, including women, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and more. We aim to provide all runners and communities across the nation with the tools and solutions needed to stay safe on the run and advocate for their fellow runners.
HOKA is proud to be a founding partner of Runners Alliance. “Part of our mission at HOKA ONE ONE is to make running, walking, and fitness more welcoming and accessible to everyone, and that includes building a safe and comfortable community where women do not feel the need to second-guess or moderate their running plans because they fear for their safety or worry they’ll be harassed. We are proud to join other brands and partners to begin working toward that reality with the Runners Alliance.
