According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mitchell claims the NURSECON founder is plotting to steal the $2,578 cruise fee from each of the 1,500 nurses who were scheduled to attend before the outbreak scuttled everything.

The nurses (and anybody else who can't do something they paid upfront for and is now cancelled) should get their money back. But interest? Damages? Based on something just as out of the hands of the cruise line as it is the guests? Nah, that's not right. Nobody should profit here
