Roger Corman, mentor de Hollywood y 'rey de la serie B', muere a los 98 años

LOS ÁNGELES — Roger Corman, ganador de un Oscar y “rey de la serie B”, que ayudó a producir clásicos de bajo presupuesto como “La tiendecita de los horrores” y “Attack of the Crab Monsters”, y dio su primera oportunidad a muchos de los actores y directores más famosos de Hollywood, ha muerto. Tenía 98 años. Corman murió el jueves en su casa de Santa Mónica, California, según un comunicado publicado el sábado por su esposa y sus hijas.
