Robert O'Brien, Donald Trump's national security adviser, tests positive for COVID-19

O'Brien, who was named to his job last September, is the highest-ranking administration official known to test positive for the coronavirus.unit that flies Marine One tested positive for coronavirus but did not have direct contact with Trump or his presidential helicopter.
