Tried this recipe tonight, the salsa verde tasted a bit on the sour side on it’s own, but combined with the sweetness of the orange zest on the salmon it really balanced out the flavours, amazing. Made a simple potato and broccoli mash to go along. Loved it and will make againDelicious. Sauce was great on all the veggie sides.
