has finally been released from jail ... a judge just let him out without bail while his criminal case plays out -- calling the NFL star a"pillar in this community."
The King County court judge, however, did put some conditions on the release ... including ordering Sherman to stay away from his father-in-law, as well as not possess any firearms. The judge also made it clear Sherman is to not consume any alcohol ... and ordered the former Seattle Seahawks cornerback to appear in person for all future court dates.
It's a pretty big win for Sherman -- who did not appear in the Washington court and was instead represented by his attorney -- considering prosecutors were asking the judge to set the NFL star's bail at $10,000. As part of his ruling, the judge said of Sherman,"I see Mr. Sherman is a pillar in this community. He's a business owner. He's a husband. He's a father."
If by pillar you mean inebriated maniac that destroys property and attempts to cause physical harm to his family but takes exception to someone not shaking his hand after a football game, then yes, he most certainly is a pillar.
wait so a judge just arbitrarily let him go?
I think he's mad bro
Pillar? 🙄🤔
Never cared for him as a person. Kind of thought he was a cocky asshole with a big mouth. As a player he doesn't play for my teams either but he's talented. This kind of shit doesn't endear me to him at all.
Money talks, money walks.....
White privilege
Why not? They already got him in the system, might as well try and save face after the fact.
So wait...where is the comments of, but if he was bl.... Ahhh, nevermind. Lol Saying this after the body cam video shows otherwise seems a odd. Anyways, that 911 dispatcher sucked. But any poor guy would need bail.
He’ll do anything to play for the Chiefs I guess.
No one leaves the scene of an accident for no reason. Don’t believe he should be crucified though. Made a mistake. Most likely intoxicated. His wife/agent made a good PR move.
When he hurts or possibly kills someone, hold that judge personally responsible.
I don’t think judge said any of that lawyer did
IS THIS A JOKE?
Is this black privilege?
pillar u say...911 call sounds like hes a great role model
And just like that...Black Privilege.
Well damn.
The dispatcher was HORRIBLE 🤦🏿♂️
Oh ya, hes a true role model as we all have seen recently 🙄🙄
Smart judge
