The WWE Hall of Famer went to bat this week for his friend to get one final big moment before is life ends.

“He’s laying there with ALS,” Flair added. “What the hell is wrong with these guys?”“And I go, ‘I don’t know what more I can do,’” Flair said. “I can post it on my social media.”“It should be automatic!” Flair wrote. “He’s Mongo! Fighting for his life! LFG! Wooooo!”

McMichael played 15 seasons in the NFL, 13 of them with the Bears. He was a two-time Pro Bowler and a two-time All-Pro while helping the Bears and their vaunted defense win the Super Bowl XX title. McMichael finished his career with 838 tackles, 95 sacks and two interceptions. McMichael then moved into professional wrestling in 1995, first making an appearance for Vince McMahon’s WWE.
