But looking closer , the box office is usually trending upward, and the films most rewarded by the increase are dominant genres like superhero cinema.
I believe it can hit $180-200 million domestic, and perhaps double those numbers internationally, for $500+ million worldwide. That's what my brain tells me when I look at all of the factors involved. But my gut tells me the film has a very good shot at surprising everyone by opening at the highest ends of bullish estimates, and of having small weekly declines as it rides a wave of good will toward possibly $600-700 million .
And both Angel's and Levi's performances hinge on their interactions with Billy's foster brother and best friend Freddy, portrayed by Jack Dylan Grazer. Grazer is the other magic ingredient who elevates an already good story and film into something great. The rapport between Grazer and Angel, and between Grazer and Levi, is what holds the entire picture together.
