An 82-year-old woman died after she was struck by a Revel moped in New York City on Sept. 29, police said Wednesday.
Her death was the fourth known Revel-related fatality in the city this year, and it is the first since the moped company resumed operations after temporarily shutting down for a month over the summer to strengthen its safety measures for riders.

Let's not hold the driver of the Revel moped responsible, but declare the Revel moped at fault and ban them.
