SAN ANTONIO — Officials are investigating an aearly morning apartment fire in the Medical Center area on the northwest side of town Tuesday.responded to the Chisolm Trace Apartments located on the 10500 block of Huebner Road near Fredericksburg Road around 4 a.m.Officials say that at least 20 residents were displaced by the blaze and the Red Cross was on hand to help the families.
No word on the amount of damages caused by the fire and there were no reports of any injuries.
