Rescued Pets Movement,Houston

The Rescued Pets Movement is reaching out for donations, as animal supplies are running low.

According to its website, the Houston -based nonprofit organization has saved nearly 87,000 animals since it was founded in 2013. With an influx of animals in their care, they are calling out to Houston ians for help.“The food we currently have will only last us through the week, and we’re facing a critical shortage,” a post from the organization’s Instagram account read.

Michael is a Kingwood native who loves shooting hoops, visiting local breweries and overreacting to Houston sports. He joined the KPRC family in the spring of 2024. He earned his B.A. from Texas A&M University in 2022 and his M.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2023.
