Reps. Andy Biggs, Paul Gosar subpoenaed in Arizona probe of Trump fake electors

But the subpoenas themselves — in conjunction with a series of other aggressive recent moves — show that Mayes, a Democrat, has cast a far wider net in her probe than previously understood. Mayes appears to be nearing a decision on whether to ask the grand jury to issue indictments in the case.
