Religion roundup: Trivia night, documentary screening, turkey drive, and more

St. Alexander Parish, 7025 W. 126th St.: Ninth annual trivia night starting at 7 p.m. Nov. 18 in the Parish Center. Doors open at 6 p.m. It’s open to people of all ages, including friends and family members of church members. Teams of eight can compete. The church office will create teams if attendees have fewer than eight people. Tickets cost $10 per person. Attendees bring their own food and beverages from home. Make a reservation and payment at the church office.

Items sought are warm winter clothing of all kinds and all sizes, personal items, packaged underwear, suitcases, purses, pajamas, shoes, boots, hats, mittens, scarves, diapers and other baby goods, lip balm and lotion. Volunteers with trucks are needed to take donations to Little Village. Some families have already been relocated here in the South Suburbs. Information: 708-921-1447 or email ccochrane1@live.com.
