Reese Witherspoon sold her $17 million Pacific Palisades mansion in an all-cash deal

. Deeds and documents show the Oscar-winning “Big Little Lies,” “Walk the Line” and “Legally Blonde” star successfully sold her house for a few hairs above $17 million — and in an all-cash deal, to a buyer who required no mortgage.

But at the time of Witherspoon’s purchase, the 10,000 sq. ft. mansion was still under construction, and she subsequently spent another veritable boatload on costly upgrades, including the installation of a visually impenetrable hedge that screens the entire front of the property. According to neighbors, she also built a guardshack on the .42-acre lot for a full-time security detail — something that reportedly did not go over well with members of the Riviera Homeowners Association.

According to records, the $17 million buyers are automobile accessories heiress Robin Formanek and her husband John Cianciolo, both originally of Memphis, Tennessee. The former is the only living child of, the recently deceased co-founder of AutoZone, which now employs 87,000 workers across more than 6,000 locations.

TVonSwine , did you purchase this house for the new Pig Mansion? Lots of room to shoot mega blowbangs!

Did she steal it or why is it in cash?

Oh

Woah. Who’s got that kind of money all at once?

I’m here for the comments

Ummmm who cares?

Let me hold a dollar

So we don’t need to worry about Reese during corona times. Thank gawd!

She's heading to the bunker

“All cash”? That’s a good couple of suitcases worth, even in $100s. Let’s hope she doesn’t leave it on the bus.

Nothing is worth that price if you can shake hands with your neighbor from the inside of your house.

Feel bad for the buyer ..it will soon be worth half...

She will definitely not receive a stimulus check.

Is she donating that money?

Hope she’s doing well after that sale. I feel so bad for her. Thoughts and prayers.
