Las Vegas Raiders coach Jon Gruden used a racist remark to describe the head of the National Football League Players Association, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday.

Gruden used racist, anti-Black imagery to describe NFLPA executive director DeMaurice Smith in an email sent to a team executive on July 21, 2011.

"Dumboriss Smith has lips the size of michellin tires," Gruden wrote in the email to Bruce Allen, the former president of the franchise now known as the Washington Football Team, the Journal reported. While the NFL's owners voted to ratify a new collective bargaining agreement on July 21, players opted out of the vote.

In response to Gruden's remarks, Smith said that it isn't the first racist comment he's been subject to and "probably will not be the last."

I WILL NEVER WATCH 'FOOTBALL' AGAIN ONE DUMB ASS GAME' JON Gruden thank you for every thing you are a heroe'

Chucky is not a racist. The union head needed to get called out for what he and the union did to the NFL, 10 years ago. Can anyone imagine if Ty Cobb was still alive?

Interesting.....he mentioned lip size and immediately cnbc thought of blacks.

Gruden is a stud. racism is cool.

White americans will always act on a racist way towards Black people and Black people should SEPARATE from them.

'When Gruden sent the email, the NFL and its players were attempting to resolve a lockout, the Journal reported. It was a work stoppage imposed by the league's owners that lasted from March 12, 2011, to July 25, 2011'

Well..yeah

I'm offended too because I like Michelin tires😒

Oh no! Racism!

Wow, really hurting for content, 10 year old topic, gee wonder if a cancel attemp here. CNBC is just as bad as cnn and espn, trying make up issues so they can say they first reported. May as wellbe a YouTube channel!

Socialist_M4A And?…crickets? Here’s an idea…it’s appalling, abhorrent and Jon Gruden will no longer be coaching in the NFL. 🤮🤮🤮🤬🤬🤬
