Q: I know some people wipe down the seats, have a particular pillow, and drink. Do you have a specific plane routine? A: I feel like I'm always packing in an emergency, so I wouldn't remember to bring that many things on the plane with me. But there was a period where I was traveling a ton during the winter, and I felt like every time I got on a plane, I got sick. So, I've started taking vitamins in connection with flying, which has become my routine. It's a little wellness pack with immune-boosting vitamins that I take one when I get on the plane, when I land and when I go to sleep.
Q: Along with getting sick, planes can also wreak havoc on your skin. Do you have any beauty tricks? A: I take off all my makeup before I get on a plane. I use the Cetaphil makeup remover wipes, and they're amazing. Then after cleansing my skin, I'll sometimes put on an invisible hydrating mask. It's freaky because you can hardly see it in the jar, but it's so great for hydrating my skin without having to put a full sheet mask on.A: My silk eye mask, so I can try to get some shuteye, and chargers. I'm also always reading scripts on planes.
