Kelly, who is jailed in Chicago on sexual abuse and other counts, was charged in Minnesota in August with soliciting the girl after meeting her before a concert in Minneapolis. Kelly, whose full name is Robert Sylvester Kelly, faces previously filed federal and state charges in New York and Chicago. Prosecutor Judith Cole told Judge Jay Quam during Thursday's brief hearing that federal authorities in Illinois were"not willing to give us access to him" until his case there is resolved.Kelly's attorney Steve Greenberg, who didn't attend the hearing and isn't officially registered in the Minnesota case, said they never got notice of it.

All I Got From New York Fashion Week Was a Funny Story About Kelly CutroneI moved to New York City 10 years ago. That means mostly nothing, but also two things: 1.) I have attended many D-list New York Fashion Week parties and have deejayed a few of them over the years 2.) I always enter and leave them feeling the same way—bad about my appearance and bank account, but also, somehow, morally superior. I’ve held the belief that music and writing are objectively better, deeper, cooler, and much more accessible art mediums than fashion for as long as I can remember. It’s a stubborn and judgmental position that makes Fashion Week the one time of the year I feel overwhelmed by my own negativity. Normally I channel that shit to create observant and ironic blogs.
