As is the case for most of Stranger Things' characters, season 5 will see Robin fighting to save the world while also navigating her personal relationships. Since her introduction in season 3, she has been at the center of uncovering conspiracies and facing the dangers of the Upside Down. This should continue to be at the heart of the fight alongside her friends in season 5, especially alongside those closest to her, including Steve Harrington , Dustin Henderson , and Nancy Wheeler .
The Stranger Things season 4 ending saw Robin bonding with her crush Vickie . There may not be much time for dating while the Upside Down threatens to consume Hawkins and the rest of the world, but there is potential for Robin and Vickie to begin dating. Robin was the show's first confirmed LGBTQ+ character, and Robin and Vickie would be the show's first LGBTQ+ couple.
