The New Fantastic Four team made up of Spider-Man, Wolverine, Hulk and the Punisher first appears in 1990's Fantastic Four vol 1 #347.
The Mad Thinker, whose name says it all, isn’t much younger, appearing first in issue #15 of the same series, released in 1963. Aron, who’s forsaken his oaths, replaces the FF with evil clones in 1989's Fantastic Four #328, and in #331 the original team fight a new Ultron in their shared dreamscape.
