Russian President Vladimir Putin chairs a Security Council meeting via video conference in Moscow, Russia, Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2020.
Putin’s statement comes amid conflicting signals from Russian and U.S. diplomats about the fate of the New START treaty that is set to expire in February unless Moscow and Washington agree on its extension. After both Moscow and Washington withdrew from the 1987 Intermediate-range Nuclear Forces Treaty last year, New START is the only nuclear arms control deal between the two countries still standing.
Earlier this week, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov voiced skepticism about reaching a deal on New START, noting that Russia can’t accept the conditions put forward by the United States for its extension.
China and Russia do everything to help Biden win the election, because then America will be weaker! 😳 President realDonaldTrump wanted an new nuclear arms reduction treaty from the beginning! Putin refuses! 🙄
This is Russian news, not American news. Maybe a peace offering to Biden ?
Bullshit! Putin knows that Russia would collapse if there was a renewed arms race with the US! A newly re-elected Trump would give Putin everything he needs to stay in power. Putin's economy in the tanks, COVID taking its toll, his alignments in the Mid-East will cost him $$$$$!
You fooled them, your friend in Russia was convincing, you owe him another one
Smirking little pinch-faced assassin
Common people worldwide feel themselves insecure with present world order where countries armed with Nuclear weapons are indulge exploiting militarily weak countries. So why going further with Nuclear Arms Control Pact. Just drop it...end our beautiful world...
but first let the US finish developing its secret weapon...
Putin trying to help Trump, who in turn will force through something else to help Putin. And round and round we go...
Until he gets his way.
President Putin interest in save the existent arms control before new START expire in Febraury between Russia🇷🇺&the🇺🇸US is a wise decision.
Trump now awaiting orders from Vlad
Here’s some things Putin could do: •Remove bounties from American military personnel in Afghanistan and elsewhere. •Withdraw from Crimea. Station these troops in Russia adjacent to or near North Korea’s northern border. •Stop all election interference in all countries.
No Money 💵 is a good start ... sometimes 😉
He is buying time, he is stretched between war in Ukraine, unrest in Belarus, Azerbaijan & armenia conflict. & now looks like his puppet may not win the election.
Putin deserves more trust than Pelosi & Schumer.
... and the band played on
Wait for it, wait for it...North Korea is the next contestant on Let’s Make a Deal!
Trump be like 'whatever you want, daddy.' 🙄
Meanwhile he is deploying his high speed 6x speed of sound nuclear missles which violate that treaty
'I remember President Kennedy once stated... that the United States had the nuclear missile capacity to wipe out the Soviet Union 2 times over, while the Soviet Union had enough atomic weapons to wipe out the US only once... When journalists asked me to comment.. I said jokingly:
Political stunt. Vlad is not our friend.
You know things are bad when Russia is pushing nuclear treaties...
Trump will make this happen. That’s what all his supporters tell me anyways.

On the terms of VladimirPutin that is
I want to see Vlads daughter compared to Ivanka before I or anyone in the U.S. signs off on this.
In general are the words that come out of Putin's mouth on par with the spewage of lies that come out of trumpty's mouth?
Even Putin knows Biden will win.
Maybe they've turned me into a cynic, but I feel an election stunt coming.
China needs to be involved as well. Why do you think realDonaldTrump let the pacts with KremlinRussia_E expire?
