Funny how they wouldn't be doing this at all.... nope, if only the Left didn't push Dems into voting infanticide (which has nothing to do with abortion) into law! Get too crazy, and jeopardize YOUR FAVORITE SCOTUS victory... morons

Abortions won't end, they'll just be more unsafe and fatal like they used to be. Great idea.

rhonda_harbison Wow. I’ll bet Senator Susan Collins will be “very disappointed” and “concerned”.

Why are USA lawmakers obsessed with abortion We don’t even talk about it in Canada.

Did it in Georgia. . But don’t believe healthcare important for all. How r u against abortion but think not all deserve healthcare? Those are polar opposite ideas!

Wonderful news! People are waking up to the fact that women murdering their own children is a horrific! It is NOT 'healthcare'. Its murder. If it has a heartbeat.. MURDER. WTG to the states doing this! 3

It should be illegal to kill babies with heartbeats. Why is that a hard concept to understand?

The way thing are going, they will likely be successful. They will not provide healthcare or education support, of coarse. But by God, the babies will be delivered into a corrupt nation of complete shit.

Opinion | Republicans keep pushing the Supreme Court toward overturning Roe v. WadeOpinion: Republicans keep pushing the Supreme Court towards overturning Roe They know perfectly well that depriving women of life, liberty and the ability to have control of their futures will be unpopular once red-state women realize that they are being sold on the idea that sexual slavery is a Republican policy. I hope they at least ban abortion after 12 weeks. Abortion is murder.

Abortion cases up for Supreme Court reviewNumerous lawsuits over abortion laws are in the pipeline to the SupremeCourt. These laws aim to dictate: •Who can get an abortion •Who can perform one •When can a woman get one •Why a woman can choose an abortion •How a pregnancy is terminated Alabama's restrictive abortion bill will almost certainly be blocked by the lower courts. But that’s the point. Anti-abortion state legislatures and governors want SCOTUS's conservative majority to overturn, or at least significantly curtail Roe v Wade. They should have better birth prevention if they are going to do this. If you care it only makes sense. Put 2 and 2 together to avoid a catch22. To be pro life you have to be able to care in the right way. Free birth prevention everywhere or very cheap like vending machines in RR

2 California Supreme Court justices say the state’s death penalty system doesn’t workTwo weeks after Gov. Gavin Newsom declared a moratorium on executions, two justices on the state’s highest court called California’s death penalty “an expensive and dysfunctional system” that delivers neither justice nor timely closure. wHAT i GOT TO PEE...HOLD ON...C.I.A DIRECTOR LIL' O. 999.9 Voters specifically voted against the end of the executions. In fact, they wanted them accelerated. Newsom is acting like a dictator making decisions in opposition to the will of the people of the state. Death penalty saves money as it gives the wretched murder a quick out if offered a life sentence. Take way the death penalty and the litigation will be extended on and on. Defense lawyer's job is to reduce the penalty no matter what.

Supreme Court won’t hear appeal from company resisting Mueller subpoenaThe foreign-owned corporation faces daily fines for not cooperating with grand jury. I don't get this either. Although I always knew nothing would be done to Trump. The US President is above the law while in office, so folks, elections matter a hell of lot more than you think. Unless he actually commits treason, he is safe from all till he is out. Something seems fishy...if there is still an ongoing legal battle about this, how can the MuellerReport be complete? A day late, a dollar short, no?

Supreme Court to hear gerrymandering cases against Democrats, RepublicansWhen state legislatures draw the boundary lines for voting districts, the majority party typically comes up with a map designed to keep itself in power. But can that become so blatantly political that it violates the Constitution? Can fake investigations be so blatantly political that is breaks the law? In California one-party system uses underhanded techniques to shift election results. They trick independent voters to sign under the AIP (a different party), harvest ballots, unilaterally change words on approved citizen initiatives to load questions... to name several. Tyranny When Republicans do it, the Left calls it ‘gerrymandering’. But when the Democrats do exactly the same, the Left instead call it “Redistricting”.
