L.A.-based post-punk band Provoker have unleashed their latest single “Debt Collector,” a clanking, industrial track—whose accompanying video takes place in a former slaughterhouse.

Christian Crow Petty’s gothic, monotonous drawl propels the eerie track forward with all the gravitas his character requires, while punchy garage-rock instrumentals shudder in the background. It’s a freaky, energetic exploration of capitalism and conscience: The repo man always comes to collect what’s his, and there’s no way to escape those clutches.
