All Federal/State/City employees benefits should equal the average of the people in their care
It’s a great benefit if not abused. Hopefully it doesn’t quickly turn into a four 7-8 hour day like I’ve observed with other municipalities. Level of service provided to the tax payers seems to slide pretty quickly.
