"This is to demand that our university, first of all, calls for a cease-fire and acknowledges the almost 40,000 lives that have been lost in Palestine," she said. "And two, to academically divest and cut academic ties to Israel."The student said 20 protesters are holding the sit-in inside the building, while the rest of the group rallies outside.
