A Dallas investment group has grabbed a high-profile shopping center in Prosper.

“The Shops at Prosper Trail is a great addition to our platform,” Younger Partners’ Micah Ashford said in a statement. “This high-performing Kroger Marketplace provides consistent traffic to the property and serves as an excellent anchor for the shop tenants, who benefit from maximum exposure. Dallas commercial property firm Younger Partners and Apricus Realty Capital launched the real estate investment fund last year with plans to acquire more than $100 million in properties.Early last year, Younger Partners Investments purchased Heath Town Center, a 77,669-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center in Heath near Rockwall.
